PLANTS WAR - EPIC WAR OF NATURE

Gamevil, a big mobile game publisher ( You will see some of the spotlight game such as Zenonia 4 as I mentioned in the earlier review). They release PLANTS WAR, The game play of this game is like "League of legends", "Heroes of Newearth" or "DOTA (Defence Of The Ancient)". After playing this game, I also have the same experience as PC games and it is very addictive. I have spent 6 hours after downloaded this game in the first day and YES!! it devours my time! 

PLANTS WAR illustrates the epic war of nature when the beasts plans to conquer the entire green world. They invade all the green life existing in this world. The Dryad forest is the last home of all plants so they decide to fight instead of dying in this place. The plants use the power of Naiad lake to transform themself in the plants warrior and ready for the last epic war since there are no places to run anymore.  

It is your task to protect the Dryad forest from the beasts invasion. Controlling Leafy (The warchief of all plants) along with his friends to fight against the beast troops in the Real-Time Strategy, RPG based action style. You can grow Leafy by learning new skills and status upgrades.

After playing this game for a while I can conclude the features of this game as follows:
-5 Heroes available for this version
-Each hero they have 5 skills (including actives and passive skills).
-Each hero can upgrade their status using a special item. (it can also find as a reward when clearing some stage)
-There are 7 spawn units available (3 the infantry units with balance power and hp, 1 the tanker unit with high hp and defense, the 2 long range attackers).
- 24 unlock achievements, after you achieve each one there is a reward.
- FULL 3D, high frame rate graphic. you can also zoom-in,zoom-out to see the overall situation of the battle field.
- 30 battle stages with 3 difficulty modes (NORMAL,HARD and HELL) so its totally 90.
- Sure that there will be the update soon!

For me, overall game play is very interesting, You will find a different enemy for every 5 stages and also new types of enemy spawn units. The recommended unit which I recently use is TREE PROTECTOR, the tanker unit with 4 defense points and 220 hp. His attack point is quite low but he can stand still on the battle field and you can use Leafy to kill the beast troops before attacking their fortress.

I also transform Leafy to the boxer form which is a melee hero with 40 attack points ( compared to the wizard form which has only 14, this one is much stronger). If you collecting the gold coin from each stage you should unlock only TREE PROTECTOR and Boxer Leafy to pass level 12++.

By the way, the game is just released to the market so there are some points need to be improved. For example the AI of a melee hero. As mentioned that I use Boxer Leafy, Sometimes I would like to use the melee skill to enemy hero from a long distance seems Leafy move on his way and stop without any skills. As well as the enemy, they are not clever enough, every of enemy hero is very coward. When he just hit by some skills, he will run away to recover his hp. But I believe that the next update will contain many interesting fixes for sure.

- Very cool gameplay, it gives the same experience as another RTS-RPG based game.
- Beautiful and smooth 3D graphic. Especially, when Leafy uses his skill there is a bullet-time effect which looks so cool!
- Many stages and unlocking systems.

- Since it was a first version of this game, Unit AI needs to be improved.
- There are no many choices for spawn-units and heroes, will wait to see in the next update.

FLICK PIG - 3 PIGBANKS RUNNING FOR COINS

One night in a peaceful house, 3 pigbank brothers go to bed as always. These 3 guys will collect a ton of gold coins in their beloved pigbank ( This is so funny actually they are the pigbank and they can collect coins in their own body but whatever, let's continue to the story). But, that night is the nightmare for them. The theive wolves break through their house and steal the beloved pigbank from them. 3 pigbank brothers rushing like mad to get the wolves and gold coins they left along the way.

PROPE LTD the publisher of this game shows the new style of puzzle game which the player must control 3 pigbanks brother who runs in each different lane but their goal are "one" - collecting all the gold coins. But the way to collect the coin is not just run straight, there are so many obstacles they must avoid as well. The player can flick 1 pigbank a time to make him jump on his brother's back. This is not only helps them to avoid the obstacle, sometimes the gold coins also float in the sky so they also need to stack up together in order to collect all coins. Moreover, to gain more score they have to collect another special item such as fruits. The chilli is the item which boost up the pigbank after he tastes it! Don't let one of them dead during the mission, you will find the harder situation if you lose one of them.

There are several obstacles along their way. The stone wall blocks in each lane, if our lovely pigbanks crash on it, all coins collecting in that pigbanks will be splashed on the ground!. The bomb crate, If you see the crate with a skull cross sign, don't even think to touch it! flick your pigbanks far away form that crate. The wreck bridge, to stack up pigbanks heavier weight they become. If they run through the wreck bridge according to the physics lessons, they will fall! The hungry wovle who chase behind the pickbanks and grasp some bite. There are so many obstacles, I cannot tell you all just try it in this free ipad games!

FLICK PIG also has many unlocks stuffs which you can buy them with your collected coins. It will help change to hard stage into easy one, just like buying some item which allows your pigbanks to run through the stonewall. Moreover, if you boring the way pinkbanks clothing. You can buy new costume for them as well (I like the one with the black suit and eye-glasses, very look like neo in Matrix). This game is currently in a free download periods with 90 levels divided in 5 chapters and each chapter has their own story.

If we look back around 80's, Pinball is one of very famous arcade game that many of you should heard about. Age of pingballs is a very fantastic pinball game from A.S.K. Homework and its currently free for one month (So, you have to download it quickly!!). The graphic of this game is so stunning ,it shows all details like the real one! Moreover, this version offers 8 different tables. (For example, Theme Park, Angry River, Spaceman, Caveman, Wizard, Zombie Invasion, and Cleopatra)


Age of pinballs offer 5 gameplay modes which are:

Classic mode: with multiballs, this mode will make you miss your old day. However, make it more challenge by increasing the number of balls. This will make another chance to beat the higest score!!

So, buying iap's again is free and can be done universally. Good to know and it does work. There should still be a restore purchases button, but rating has been updated and I will download the remaining IAPs (not cause a really want a flipper or ball pack, but to support the devs who keep giving us free tables).
Still want IAPs for clean glass and ball. Better music/sound effects would be good too...

Great game. But I see no way to restore In App Purchases (or a way to transfer them between devices). This is a fantastic game at a great price with a ton of free tables. I view the IAP as a way for buyers to throw a little love an support to the devs if we want to (none of these are needed to enjoy the game). But I have stopped buying them since I don't want to start over if I ever have to reinstall the app. C'mon guys, put a restore purchases button in here somewhere...

Update:

Game just keeps getting better. Love the new table's with ramps. IAP for your other high end tables was great as well. Would still like to see "clean" options (ball, table, glass) but not a big deal.
One concern: is there a way to restore IAP? I have stopped buying these since I don't want them to disappear if I ever have to reinstall the game. Also wondering if IAP can be universal (so I don't have to pay twice for the iPad and iPod touch). Thanks!

Can buy the used table/retro fx/blocking gates now. The new visuals and sound don't really add much, I expected a little more. But was happy to support the dev since I play this game a lot and the new tables are always free.
One request for upcoming tables. Please STOP putting a wall in the middle of the table creating 2 mini tables. Most great pinball table are open in the middle. Theme Park really bugs me because of this. Angry River was better. But it keeps happening (although Cleopatra was a better execution then others). Finally, I would love to see a name change since Theme Park is not the only table, or the strongest. It's too long of a name so it gets chopped up next to the icon.
Thanks again for all the free tables!
A couple of requests for IAP.
1) Clean table-shinny ball, no scuffs or fingerprints.
2) Music package. The music in this game is short, repetitive and get's old fast. Some unique music for EACH table would be nice to set the ambience a little more.

Great game! Love all the free extra pinball tables!
I can't seem to be able to buy any of the new packs (old tables, retro sound effects, or blocked lanes). The ball sets and flipper sets can be purchased. But the other 3, you click and nothing happens.
The lighting on some tables need work (some corners are way too dark). Would like the option of clean glass as well as dirty. Menu screens could use a little work as well. Finally, a new name (since theme park is just one of the tables now, and the name is so long, you just see "theme pa...all" next to the icon (which, yeah, could be updated too).
But the core of the game (pinball tables and physics...nothing better in the I store!) "

From the last time, I have mentioned about FRUIT NINJA HD which slices so many fruits. This time I come up with the free IPAD game that slice more expensive stuffs, CAKE NINJA HD LITE. The concept of the game is like the FRUIT NINJA. Slice through the things flying on the screen except the bomb, If you let 3 off them fall to the ground without slicing the game will also over.

This game offers 4 major game play modes, The Classic one (Like another slice series), Power up (which allows you to motivate your slicing power doing chain combos and more), BOMB FREE (slice stuffs without bombs) and TIME RACE (its the time attack mode!). However, what's different from FRUIT NINJA is that you can select on the BLADE+ menu to change theme of your knife! There are so many beautiful camoflage there.This game is suite for anyone who need a game which easy to play and challenge your sensivity.

This one is another episode of the series and offer the free distribution for you to try before buying the full game.  The game play does not change much, you must shoot your birds to destroy your eternal enemy, the green pigs. Some of you might ever heard about this game, ZENONIA is the RPG game series from gamevil. The first episode of this game has started since IPOD touch gen1. So I also guarantee that the quality of the graphics and game play keeps improving in each episodes.

If you love 2D action RPG game, this one is the must! At the start of the game you can select a class for your hero which are:  SLAYER,BLADER,RANGER and DRUID. In my case, I choose my hero as a ranger. The ranger will have the powerful photon canon which attacks the enemy from long range and does so rapid fire damages!

ZENONIA 4 also supports the online gameplay which picks the opponent for you to fight against online. So there are many secret loots and skills waiting for you to unlock. I am the one who love RPG game so this game is recommended for you guys!

5. OFFICE JERKS

Working in the office is so boring, it consumes your life day by day. However, this horrible thing will be doubled when you got the college whos acts as  do-good know-it-all. He keeps monitor every of your actions and runs to your boss instantly if he finds that you are doing anything out of the rules. So its time to pay back!

OFFICE JERKS game play is very simple, "pay back" Mr. know-it-all. You can select several stuffs from your desk then throw to him. There are so many stuffs like (The black berry, Monitor and TNT <- How can this thing available on your desk? Whatever..). After you grasp the thing in your hand, Next is to throw it, You have to aims carefully and concerning about the wind direction as well. The game is very fun when you hit that jerks!

This free ipad game also support the achievements and you can also unlocks more stuffs to throws.

FRUIT NINJA HD LITE - LET'S SLIDE SOME FRUIT

FRUIT NINJA HD LITE is a slide em' up game from halfbrick studio (The JETPACK JOYRIDE publisher and I also review it previous weeks ago, If you love the side scroll action game please read it here). Alright, let's get back to the FRUIT NINJA. The game play is very simple, slide the juicy fruits on the screen. The only 2 things that can end your game are the bomb which will be exploded if you slash on it and you must not let 3 fruits alive ( When the fruit is throwing in the screen, you must slash all of them, if you miss to slash 3 fruits the game will over).

With the simple game play , anyone can enjoy the FRUIT NINJA HD LITE , the game music also shows the battle field theme which rage your extinc to cut many juicy fruit but, please beware to cut on the bomb. One more fun thing is that, this game also support the combo and power up. In order to success the combo and gain extra points, You have to slash many fruits as possible in one sword swing (I did it 5 in a row, How about you?).

FRUIT NINJA HD LITE also support the multiplayer game play in the Zen mode and Online Dojo (Unfortunately the Online dojo only available in full version so I'll skip on this one :p), In Zen mode you can challenge your friend to join the fruit slash duel! After the match is started, The screen will be divided in to 2 side. One screen on the bottom for yours and the reversed screen for your friend, Let's cut through and see who will win!

FRUIT NINJA HD LITE also support the unlocks and achievements system, I just unlock one disco blade this morning, it is a blade which waving in a disco style. For those who bored of the common ninja sword and wanna be a disco ninja should try this. About the achievements, there are so many achievements can be done in this game. They are very challenge and also improve your skills in the same time.

Imagine that you are the KUNG FU fighter who lives with your KUNG FU master. One day, a gang of evil ninjas appear and they assassinate your master. You can remember clearly that the person who kills your master is the big ninja who equips the giant shuriken on his back. The only thing pins in your head right now is to make them pay with your KUNG FU. Now its time to revenge!

KUNG FU WARRIOR is an action game that could motivate your KUNG FU instinc. You can beat your enemies with a deadly combo and special moves with the greatful graphic in a comic style. This game has been created by triniti interactive (the publisher of heroes vs monsters and Dino cap 2 which I wrote the reviews 1-2 weeks ago). triniti has experienced in many action game projects so it can guarantee that KUNG FU WARRIOR will include many improved things and more fun!

KUNG FU WARIOR can attack and defense with 3 buttons and they can combine to a deadly combos as well. The first button is weak attack , you can do a chain combo by pushing on the weak attack 3 times. Second hard attack, the Kung Fu warrior will use his inner power punch straight to the enemy and sometimes it 1 hit kill! and the last one is defense & counter button, the kung fu warrior will guard up against every melee attacks and he will attack back to his enemies!

UNLOCKING combos and power-up, Once you beat villians, More experiences you will gain. KUNG FU WARRIOR offers the unlock to the combos and power-up. The combos can be unlocked by leveling your characters. Each combo shows the combination of great moves and has their own usage. Next, the power-up can be unlocked by collecting a cash and unlock them. This thing is also important since it will passively upgrade your character's defensive and offensive. So you have to upgrade both of them in order to beat the raid boss in some levels.
